Premium Lamb


Black Opal Premium Lamb, it is a noble line, coming from early animals, controlled origin, produced with the highest quality standard. This line is characterized by its soft, rosy flesh, smooth texture, firm consistency, delicate flavor and very little fat.

Marbling and Maturity

  • Medium or fine marbling texture – the white "flecks of flavor" in the meet that ensure consistent flavor and juiciness in every bite.
  • Only the youngest classification of product qualifies as "A" maturity – for superior color, texture and tenderness. Only animals under 10 months of age will be used.




Consistent Sizing

  • 14 to 20  kilogram hot carcass weight or less.

Black Opal’s Lamb premium is cut to the specifications of the importer(s), and the meat produced and exported to the highest standard. The production includes a wide variety of products. A produção inclui uma grande variedade de produtos.

And theses especial cut can  be shipped seasoning
