Gary Tucker is the Global CFO of the Black Opal Group. Mr. Tucker has ultimate responsibly for the Group’s balance sheet, Profit and Loss statements and cash flow management, coordinating Group’s banking activities, equipment financing, vendor and customer contracts and credit & collections. Additionally, Mr. Tucker, addtionally runs the Group's Merger and Acquisitions group. Mr. Tuckers has a deep skill set is as a CPA in Accounting, GAAP, IFRS, Financial Reporting, Mergers, and Budgeting.
Mr. Tucker has served as Chief Financial Officer of Johnston Enterprises, Inc, the oldest and largest grain and bulk handling company in Oklahoma. Prior to that he from 2003 – 2009 a Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller at Pilgrim's Pride and after JBS’s acquisition promoted to Principal Financial Officer/Chief Accounting Officer at Pilgrim's Pride from 2009 to 2011 before retiring. Prior to joining Pilgrim's Pride he was a Vice President at IBP from 1993 - 2001. Mr. Tucker started his carrier at Arthur Andersen & Co in 1975 and left as Senior Manager in 1987.
Mr. Tucker has a BSBA (Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accounting degree) from the University of Southern Mississippi, MBA (Master of Business Administration) in Accounting from the Graduate School of Texas A&M University-Commerce. Additionally, Gary is CPA (Certified Public Accountant) and a member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a CGMA (Certified Global Management Accountant.). Lastly, Mr. TGucker served as a Staff Sergeant in the United States Air Force.
